Frosties
The laboratory report this morning was that only one blastocyst was frozen. The three remaining embryos were cultured overnight but upon further inspection two candidates for freezing were abnormal blastocysts with inner cell masses that were “not good”. They were not frozen. Not the best news in the world but its ok. Should this current cycle not work we can try with the 1 frosty next cycle.
Not much else going on, been resting alot and watching Olympics non-stop (How about that swimming relay and men's gymnastics!). The 2 blastocysts are supposed to break out of their shell somewhere between day 7-10 and implant. So until then I guess they are just floating around in there :) Hopefully they start digging in tomorrow and get ready for a long 9 month ride.

Go baby Go - or babies -- Dad
I know Heather through my husband, Shawn (they went to grad school together), so you don't know me at all. . .
Shawn and I went through 4 years of TTC, including over a year of IUI with increasingly aggressive drug therapies, before we concieved - ironically, in-between procedures necessary for insurance auth to progress to IVF.
My fingers are crossed for you, your husband, Walker, and Texas Ranger. Sending sticky vibes and tons of baby dust.

I just came across your blog and saw that we are on the same exact IVF schedule. I had a 5 day transfer on Monday too and am now in the waiting period! My thoughts and prayers are with you!
