Merry Christmas!!

 To say I was excited for Christmas this year would be an understatement!   I love Santa so much, I love to track him on both Google tracker and NORAD tracker and I love getting rewarded for being  a good kid!    I asked Santa for "Elephant & Piggie" books and he got me 5!  I also got some puzzles, games, DC superhero encyclopedia, and clothes.   I also went to Maryland for Christmas and had a nice dinner with my family there and now get to spend the whole week with Gram while school is on break!

Thank you so much to all of my friends and family who gave me a gift this Christmas!  I love them all and want to play with all of them at once!  I am so glad I got to visit with my Daddy's family last week and I will see my Mommy's family next week!

Santa!!

Santa came to my mall!!  I got to meet him today and talk with him.  He didn't ask me if I have been a good boy, I guess he already knew that I am.  He did ask what I wanted for Christmas and I told him I want some Octonaut toys.  It was hard to deciede between Paw Patrol, Jake and the pirates, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Octonauts because I enjoy all those shows so much!  I can not wait for Christmas to get here!!

Mount Vernon & Transformers

This week was full of cousin play.  Cole & Luke visited me from Ohio for 4 days and then I spent the weekend with Nikki & Ben. 

When Cole and Luke were here we visited Mount Vernon.  This was a really cool place to visit and I would gladly go again, perhaps in the spring or summer so we can see the gardens.   We enjoyed seeing George Washington's house, his tomb, and the great museums full of movies about his life.   I now like to randomly say during my play battles that "we fight for freedom!"

This week also involved a lot of Transformer play and movie watching. None of my cousins know about Transformers but I tried my best to educate them on how amazing they are. 

When I went to Ben & Nikki's house we exchanged some late Christmas presents and I got more transformers!  I got the big Optimus Prime trailer that holds 4 rescue bots and can transform Optimus into a plane.

 This was an awesome Christmas!  For the first time I was truly excited about everything related to Santa, elves, presents, decorations, holiday songs, etc.   On Christmas Eve we set out some milk and cookies on our outside fireplace, we tracked Santa's journey on norad's website and I was very eager to see what Santa would bring me the next day.  When I woke up I saw Santa brought the rescue bot headquarters and two bots - Boulder and Chase!  I have not stopped playing with them yet.  For Christmas I got tons of Transformers toys and even some transformer books. I love everyone of them!  I also made some presents for mommy and daddy by drawing them pictures (lucky I did this before I broke my right arm!) which they both loved.   I hope everyone had as wonderful a day as we had here.

Christmas spirit

I am getting more into the Christmas spirit every day!  I have made a holiday train at Lowes, I have mailed my list off to Santa, I have picked out some of my old toys to give to mommy's coworkers two year old twins, I have donated a transformer toy to "Toys for Tots", this Thursday I will sing in our school concert and this weekend I will go to my cousins house for a big Christmas dinner.   Phew! Only 8 more days to go, I can't wait!

Santa!!

Today Santa came to my neighborhood.  I was so excited to meet him and talk to him.  He asked if I was a good boy (yes!) and what I wanted for Christmas (Transformers).  We were supposed to do a hay ride around the neighborhood but it was cold and raining so we only played indoors.  They did have some arts and craft stations and some treats for us as well.    It was so great to finally meet him after learning so much about him these last few weeks.

Hi Santa

All day long I was excited to see Santa Claus.  He was coming to the Air Force base and I was going to meet him!  I stood in line and said "There he is, I see Santa" and I was good.  I don't want to talk to him let alone sit on his lap!  I just wanted to see him and eat a cookie.

Christmas Tree

Today we set up the Christmas Tree and read all my Christmas books.  I only have one new Christmas Book with Curious George in it, all the others are my mom's old books from the 70s.  They are funny, the Dennis the Menace book says things like golly and geez whiz. 

So long Christmas

Today all the decorations are coming down.  Christmas might be over but that doesn't mean I have to stop wearing my Christmas shirts or Pajamas!  Thanks Gram for making me this great shirt!

Merry Christmas to my blog followers!  I had a wonderful Christmas with my family in Maryland.  So many wonderful toys and food.  Thank you to everyone who mailed me presents.  I opened most of my presents today but still have some back in New Mexico to open later.  I love all my new puzzles, books, new quilt my Gram made me, clothes and toys.

Today was a fun day. I got to play with bows and wrapping paper! I also got some new toys, clothes and books! Here are a few pictures from my day (mommy got a new camera lens, so she went crazy taking pictures!)

New Car

I got a present early...mommy has no willpower.

I got a large box from Aunt Debbie today and mommy opened it (even though it was clearly addressed to me!) Well the present wasn't wrapped and mommy decided to put it together today rather than on Christmas.




Look at me!! How fun this toy will be over the next year. Right now I can sit on it and balance myself well, in the future I hope to practice walking by pushing it from behind and also ride it around my living room to terrorize the dogs!
