Back to regular life

Not much has happened since I returned to New Mexico.  I have been going to day care every day and playing with my dogs.  I miss my cousins and point out their pictures whenever I see them.  We had my 6 month parent/teacher conference yesterday at school.  They said I am doing great with physical skills and helping around the class, I am good with colors and love to sit and read books.  Things I need to work on for the next 6 months are dressing myself, potty training and talking more.  My vocab is fairly limited compared to other 2 year olds - I understand what your saying but I can't say it back yet.  They said if it doesn't pick up they could recommend me to a speech therapist but today a speech therapist watched me in class for a while and said I was trying to say things it just didn't sound like things we could understand and to just keep encouraging me to talk more and if I don't improve over the next 6 months we can evaluate me again.
